eth_sendRawTransaction on Arbitrum Nova
Broadcasts a pre-signed, RLP-encoded transaction. The node relays it to the mempool and returns the transaction hash. The only write method most apps need.
The node only relays — it does not execute — so a tx that will revert is still accepted and returned with a hash. Re-broadcasting returns 'already known'; to replace a stuck tx, resend the same nonce with a higher priority fee.
