eth_getFilterLogs on Cronos

Returns all logs matching a filter created with eth_newFilter. A heavy, stateful method — needs a free API key.

Returns the whole backlog for a filter id in one shot — as heavy as eth_getLogs. Filters are node-local and expire when idle, so a stale id returns 'filter not found'; re-create it and retry.
