eth_gasPrice on HyperEVM

Returns the node's current gas-price estimate in wei. On EIP-1559 chains, prefer eth_maxPriorityFeePerGas plus the block base fee for accurate pricing.

A single legacy number that approximates base+tip and tends to overpay on EIP-1559 chains. For accurate pricing, build maxFeePerGas from the block base fee plus eth_maxPriorityFeePerGas.

Gas & fees on HyperEVM

Fees are paid in HYPE and are consistently low. If a deployment doesn't fit small-block gas limits, it waits for a big block — that's the chain working as designed, not congestion.
