Event types, confirmations, reorg behavior and delivery limits are part of the proposal. This is not an available production webhook API yet.
Shared access and private capacity are different products.
Self-serve plans use shared infrastructure and published rate limits. Private hardware, reserved capacity, response times and SLA terms must be explicitly included in your agreement. Method support and historical availability vary by chain.
