eth_getBlockByNumber on Sonic
Fetches a full block by number (or a tag like "latest", "safe", "finalized"). Pass true as the second argument to include full transaction objects, false for hashes only.
The fullTransactions flag is the cost lever — true returns every tx object (large payloads on busy chains), false returns only hashes. Prefer the finalized tag over latest for anything that must survive a reorg.
